The actress resumed her workout regime just three months postpartum to stay in shape for her work.

Following the birth of her children, Gal Gadot’s body remained toned and fit. To maintain her physique, she now works out with trainer and nutritionist Magnus Lygdback at the gym three to four times weekly. Her fitness routine mainly comprises interval training exercises to improve flexibility and endurance, as well as heavy weightlifting to develop strength and muscles. According to Gadot, her coach once advised her that food choices are crucial, especially when working out for several hours. As such, she follows the Mediterranean diet, which she enjoys both cooking and eating. She shared this information in an interview with Shape magazine.

The use of fats other than olive oil, such as butter, is kept to a minimum. Instead of meat and poultry, fish is the primary source of protein. Though eggs, milk, and chicken are included in the menu, they are consumed in moderation. Refined carbs and sugar are also minimized. The actress admits that sometimes she gives in to her cravings and eats burgers or other fast food items, but she tries to maintain a healthy diet most of the time. She also makes sure to stay hydrated by drinking enough water throughout the day and starts her day with a glass of water, like a camel. Gal Gadot also pays attention to her mental health and practices meditation to balance her physical and mental wellbeing.
